The TEA TIME, the latest addition to Le Roch Hotel & Spa, offers afternoon snack lovers of all ages an ideal, exquisitely sweet interlude, accompanied by a delicious selection of “Dammann Frères” teas.
And for the holiday season, TEA TIME becomes THE CHRISTMAS TEA, a temporary offering perfectly suited to the season, to escape from the world, rediscover childhood dreams and joys, impatience, and a sharpened appetite for enticing gingerbread accompanied by true traditional hot chocolate, as smooth as it is comforting, or a subtly spiced homemade mulled wine.
To perfect this moment, Chef Frédérick Lyard, in collaboration with pastry chef Manon Lecointe, presents an original creation: a gourmet cake available in four flavors:
•Lemon Bergamot, with just the right tang, on a fragrant cake base, lemon cream infused with basil, topped with a white chocolate lime glaze;
•Crunchy Praline, on a vanilla cake base, with a pure crunchy praline filling, almond-hazelnut ganache, and Azélia chocolate glaze;
•Intense Vanilla, on a cake base infused with Tahitian vanilla, Madagascar roasted vanilla cream, and ivory glaze;
•and the Chef’s Creation, featuring a new flavor each week.
Nestled in the heart of the hotel, amid a forest of fragrant fir trees with deep green foliage, Le Roch Hotel & Spa weaves a gourmet setting for young and old alike, in search of a delicious afternoon treat with flavors of tenderness, sharing, and happy memories.
